When you get right down to it, we’re helpers, genuine, and caring people, by nature, who happen to have an extra special affection and love for people and animals. We care about making the world a better place and are committed to doing our part in this pursuit. We’ve dedicated our lives to improving the lives of pets and their owners. When we know that we played a small part in making pets and their owners happy, we know we have made the world a better place, and that leaves us full of joy! Responsibility & Commitment
The safe and sound transport of your pets is our top priority and commitment! We take responsibility for your pets safety, health, and well-being. We are not a 3rd party service where they sell the task of transporting your pets to other people. If we did, how could we assure anybody of the quality of your pet’s transport? We love your pets as though they are our own and, just the same, we go above and beyond for them.
Vehicle
Our pet transportation vehicles are well maintained, frequently inspected by licensed mechanics, and properly suited to ensure your pet will have a clean, healthy, fun, enjoyable, and relaxing ride to their destination.
Depending on your location and your specific needs, the specific vehicle your dog will be transported in may change.
We do not typically use cargo vans. Every transport we take on is done with a nice, new, fuel-efficient sedan, suv, or minivan. We will let you know what vehicle we take, well before your transport date.

What’s ahead
Starting out as an extra service that was offered only to our existing clients of our successful local business, Fur Heart Pet Sitting and Dog Walking, LLC, we had found how necessary it was to have an option for pet parents to safely and reliably transport their pets across the United States. Many people were wanting to transport their pets privately, to reduce the stress of the move and not have them be bothered by other animals. So, we listened and we now would like to offer our nationwide ground pet transportation service to everybody!
We’re forward thinkers! What can we do next, for you, is always on our minds. Now that our ground pet transportation service is available to everybody, we’d like to raise the nationwide standard for level of pet care during pet transportation. As mentioned before, we want to improve the world we live in and we believe we can do this by teaching the world that you don’t have to accept or tolerate unsatisfactory pet services. There are great, reliable, and trustworthy pet care professionals who do love your pets unconditionally and will give them everything they need and what you’d want, for them.

Hi there! I created En Route Pet Transportation as a response to the needs of loving pet owners who needed somebody responsible and trustworthy to chauffeur their pets across the country. One of our first pet transportation clients (NFL player Brandon Myers), who is originally a client of our other successful company (Fur Heart Pet Sitting and Dog Walking, LLC), needed to transport his Beagle (Coco) and Pug (Bentley) to his parents house, from Arizona to Iowa, before the new NFL season had started. He informed me about other bad experiences he had with pet transporters who were transporting his dogs with snakes and other reptiles. Relieved that his usual pet care giver could see to it that his dogs arrive at their destination, happy and healthy, he and his family were so happy, as was I. Still one of our many great clients, Brandon, his wife, and baby boy are living a great life without worry for great pet care!
